REFUND POLICY

At corvianmirellellc.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a streamlined return and refund process.

  1. THE 30-DAY ASSURANCE WINDOW
    We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following strict criteria:
    Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
    Packaging: All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
    Documentation: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    To maintain operational efficiency and hygiene standards, the following are not eligible for return:
    Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
    Gift cards or downloadable digital assets.
    Products that show signs of wear, usage, or damage not caused by our shipping process.
  3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or simply the wrong product:
    Notification: Please email us at orozco@corvianmirellellc.com within 7 days of delivery.
    Evidence: Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
    Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  4. RETURN LOGISTICS & SHIPPING COSTS
    Customer Responsibility: For standard “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (defective/incorrect item).
  5. INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESSING
    Once your return is received at our facility:
    Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
    Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Credit: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
