DELAYS, LOSS, & TRANSIT ISSUES

External Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier strikes, or peak holiday congestion.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, reach out to our support team at orozco@corvianmirellellc.com.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING
Internal Fulfillment: All orders are managed directly through our internal logistics system to ensure quality control before dispatch.
Processing Window: Standard processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Verification: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day. Please note that during high-volume seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING & VISIBILITY

Notification: As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an Automated Shipping Confirmation Email.
Real-Time Updates: This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
Modifications: We cannot redirect or modify an address once the order has entered the “Shipped” status.
Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.
